7-Day Return Policy
At VAEL, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return items within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Returns are valid for damaged, leaking, or incorrect items delivered.
- If you simply dislike the scent, we offer an exchange option (shipping charges may apply).

Please provide your Order Number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 3-5 working days.
- Exchanges: Replacement items will be dispatched immediately after the return is verified.
Note:
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
